The Daily North parking lot at Charlotte Airport is now permanently closed. The parking lot was an alternative due to its smaller size and relatively cheap fare of 10 USD / day, especially when long term parking lots were filling up.
In it’s place, CLT Airport informed us that there will begin construction of a new power / energy facility that’s large enough to also feed Charlotte Airports future expansions as part of the terminal constructions. Now additional parking will be available, travelers should use long term parking or the daily decks instead.
