This weekend marked the third weekend in a row with winter weather in the south east, with strong winds, snow and freezing temperatures affecting many travellers and flights in the area. For instance Air France 688 CDG-ATL had to divert to Charlotte due to severe weather conditions in Atlanta – A great catch for local plane spotters, but quite a nuisance for the passengers.
